- Own the end-to-end user experience, turning complex problems into intuitive, accessible, and visually polished solutions
- Lead design from research and discovery through prototyping, high-fidelity execution, and final delivery
- Build and maintain scalable design systems
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and use analytics to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to shape the roadmap and deliver impact

Requirements
- Experienced designer with the ability to execute on all phases of the design process
- Thrives when working on ambiguous problems and exploring multiple solution paths
- Passionate about accessible, user-centred design
- Turns research into meaningful experiences; conducts interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Uses research and analytics to guide strategic design choices
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial ownership mentality with a drive to push boundaries and improve processes
- Outcome-focused: validation, iteration, and simplifying complexity
- Legally able to work in Canada
