About the role

  • Shape the future of the product ecosystem and define long-term product design vision for Bridgit Bench
  • Act as the senior designer in your squad’s product area, collaborating with product management and engineering
  • Lead research efforts to deeply understand customer pain points and translate insights into strategic product opportunities
  • Design elegant, modular solutions that scale across the product and use cases
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure technically feasible, high-quality execution
  • Apply behavioral analytics and experimentation to inform and refine designs and tie work to measurable outcomes
  • Support the evolution of Bridgit’s design system to maintain visual harmony and interaction consistency
  • Mentor and uplift the design team through critiques and modeling best practices
  • Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, including AI, to elevate delivery

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing web-based SaaS products
  • Portfolio showcasing elegant, scalable solutions in complex environments
  • Systems thinker who can connect abstract strategy with detailed execution
  • Deeply user-centered with a strong research mindset
  • Fluent in data-informed design using quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
  • Strong command of responsive design, accessibility, interaction patterns, and visual design principles
  • Exceptional communication skills for aligning stakeholders and facilitating collaboration
  • Mentorship experience and ability to uplift design teams
  • Self-driven commitment to continuous learning
  • Creative problem solving with practical and innovative solutions
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Curious mindset and agile approach, adaptable in dynamic environments
