• Close New Business across supply chain, logistics, retail, and healthcare sectors
• Partner with SDRs to qualify leads and build pipeline
• Engage Executives and maintain relationships with C- and VP-level stakeholders
• Travel for Key Meetings and customer engagements as needed
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Manage Pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
• Provide Market Feedback to influence GTM strategy and product roadmap
• Follow Structured Sales Processes to ensure scalable, repeatable success

• Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and validate opportunities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented solutions.
• Support the development of tailored use cases that demonstrate the value of Wiliot’s solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility and alignment of customer needs with Wiliot’s capabilities.
• Participate in the planning, deployment, and evaluation of POCs and pilots.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation, including onsite support when required.
• Work with customers to define success metrics and KPIs.
• Document outcomes and share lessons learned internally to improve processes.
• Assist Sales in building business cases that highlight ROI and tangible customer value.
• Ensure a seamless handover of technical knowledge, requirements, and expectations to Customer Success.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product and process improvements.
