About the role

  • Drive profitable sales growth across existing accounts and new customers
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Prioritize target customers and execute focused sales activities
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to support joint sales plans
  • Identify and follow up on Newbuilding and Dry Dock opportunities
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships through regular customer engagement
  • Act as the technical expert for Tank & Hold Cleaning solutions within the sales organization
  • Ensure accurate CRM reporting and compliance with WSS sales governance

Requirements

  • International experience in technical or solution-based sales
  • Maritime background (sailing or marine engineering experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Confident user of CRM systems and MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
