About the role
- Lead the regional benefits strategy for APAC
- Partner closely with the Global Benefits team
- Serve as the primary regional point of contact for escalated benefits-related matters
- Ensure full compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements
- Oversee and optimize health & insurance programs
- Manage the design and administration of retirement and pension plans
- Develop, review, and govern time-off and absence policies
- Lead benefits communication and education
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Benefits or Total Rewards
- Proven experience managing multi-country benefits programs in a regional or global organization
- Strong understanding of health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies across APAC
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability
