About the role
- Develop and maintain proactive prospecting and engagement with a defined base of "direct" (non-agency) clients
- Acquire new customers and build and maintain strong business relationships
- Work with Wiley Marketing, Project, and Editorial teams
- Act as the primary point of contact at Wiley for assigned accounts and clients
- Meet or exceed Corporate Sales revenue targets for EMEA and US accounts
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales role within an agency and/or medical education company
- 4–5 years of experience selling medical education solutions to the pharmaceutical and medical device industry
- Strong knowledge of medical education solutions within the pharmaceutical and medical device space
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage complex and varying sales processes
- The ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
