About the role

  • Develop and maintain proactive prospecting and engagement with a defined base of "direct" (non-agency) clients
  • Acquire new customers and build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Work with Wiley Marketing, Project, and Editorial teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact at Wiley for assigned accounts and clients
  • Meet or exceed Corporate Sales revenue targets for EMEA and US accounts

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales role within an agency and/or medical education company
  • 4–5 years of experience selling medical education solutions to the pharmaceutical and medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of medical education solutions within the pharmaceutical and medical device space
  • Strong problem-solving skills to manage complex and varying sales processes
  • The ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
