About the role

  • Implementation, operation, and further development of Kubernetes services within the CLOUD4EUROPE project
  • Support in the development and operation of the managed Kubernetes platform based on Cluster API and OpenStack
  • Development of custom Kubernetes Operators and REST APIs
  • Conducting problem and error analyses and devising sustainable solutions
  • Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation
  • Orchestrating infrastructure with GitOps and Kubernetes, based on ArgoCD and Kustomize

Requirements

  • Solid IT knowledge and extensive experience with Kubernetes
  • Design and operation of (Linux-based) infrastructure
  • Experience with GitOps for configuration management and automation is advantageous
  • Development of complex tools (preferably in Golang)
  • Good German and conversational English skills
