About the role
- Build and maintain the organisation’s brand presence across multiple channels, creating campaigns that engage senior and board-level audiences.
- Deliver and optimise digital marketing activity for selected clients, ensuring campaigns are effective, targeted and measurable.
- Bring a strong evidence-based view of customer priorities to guide all content and campaign development.
- Facilitate communication and briefing across internal teams to ensure consistent and aligned brand activity.
- Develop engaging content ideas for social media, email, website pages and event materials.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective marketing strategies for multiple clients.
- Analyse and identify opportunities to optimise paid digital marketing campaigns and manage spend within allocated budgets.
- Track and report on key performance metrics including website traffic, engagement, lead generation, goal completions and ROI.
- Prepare and present insightful performance reports on both company and client campaigns.
- Build and manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
- 3+ years managing paid activity across Meta and LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to translate customer insight into effective marketing activity.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with experience briefing and managing internal teams.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Proficiency with GA4, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn advertising tools.
- Experience using AI tools to support research and content creation.
- A creative thinker with a commercial mindset focused on measurable outcomes.
