About the role
- Lead IT transformation projects end-to-end (planning, execution, delivery)
- Coordinate stakeholders, developers, and business units
- Ensure compliance with project scope, timeline, and budget
- Report project status and risks to management
- Manage project documentation and use Agile/Scrum practices
Requirements
- Proven track record as IT Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- English language (required); Czech or Slovak (nice to have)
- CZ/SK based (candidate should be based in Czechia or Slovakia)
