Supply Chain

• Provide consulting support to SCM stakeholders on Workday functionality, optimization, and process improvement
• Design and configure Workday SCM modules including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expense Reimbursement, and Inventory
• Translate business requirements into configuration solutions and contribute to design documentation
• Develop and deploy custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support business needs
• Evaluate and transform data from source systems for downstream use and reporting accuracy
• Support Workday releases, system updates, and recommend adoption of enhancements
• Implement system security roles and ensure compliance with privacy standards
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and analytics teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements
• Troubleshoot system issues, manage service tickets, and perform root cause analysis
• Participate in software selection, testing, and implementation of new SCM systems
