About the role
- Lead independently end-to-end recruitment processes in the tech area
- Run smooth kick-offs and understand business context of roles
- Conduct interviews, facilitate recruitment tasks, and extend offers
- Provide extraordinary Candidate Experience with clear communication and high-quality feedback
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and create hiring strategies
- Bring fresh ideas, knowledge, and best practices to improve hiring tactics
- Own recruitment metrics and effectiveness measured by SLAs, quality of hires, and Candidate Experience score
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes (IT roles)
- Full-stack Recruiter with proficiency in direct search
- Experience recruiting talents internationally (from specialist to managerial roles)
- Ability to create and implement recruitment processes, including for new positions
- Passion for recruitment and tech; knowledge of trends in European start-up and tech industry
- Supportive partner to Hiring Managers and candidates
- Flexible, pragmatic, and goal-focused
- Comfortable working in English - at least B2 level
