• End-user & Customer Support: Handling inquiries and issues from customers and end users in Germany and the UK via phone and email.
• Support Coordination: Close collaboration with our call center partners to ensure smooth handling of complaints and service requests.
• Reporting, Analysis & Documentation: Preparing service reports, tracking case progress, and providing summaries for management.
• Operational Support: Assisting with daily operational tasks.
