About the role
- End-user & Customer Support: Handling inquiries and issues from customers and end users in Germany and the UK via phone and email.
- Support Coordination: Close collaboration with our call center partners to ensure smooth handling of complaints and service requests.
- Reporting, Analysis & Documentation: Preparing service reports, tracking case progress, and providing summaries for management.
- Operational Support: Assisting with daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- Student Status: Currently enrolled at a German university or college (valid enrollment certificate required).
- Working Hours: Available 10–12 hours per week to provide daily support.
- Language Skills: Excellent German (minimum C1) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Previous experience in call centers is an advantage.
- Working Style: Self-organized and structured approach to work.
- Technical Skills: Confident use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and willingness to learn new systems/software.
- Communication & Customer Focus: Empathetic, communicative, and team-oriented.
