About the role
- Develop and manage client relationships within the assigned territory
- Present and demonstrate solutions to healthcare and commercial clients
- Identify growth opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage distributor and channel partner relationships
- Maintain CRM records and support operational coordination
- Monitor KPIs and ensure high client satisfaction
Requirements
- 3–6 years of sales experience (channel/distributor management – advantage)
- Professional or native-level proficiency in German (C1–C2 required for client-facing work)
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Experience in medical/healthcare sales – advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
