About the role

  • Develop and manage client relationships within the assigned territory
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to healthcare and commercial clients
  • Identify growth opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Manage distributor and channel partner relationships
  • Maintain CRM records and support operational coordination
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure high client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of sales experience (channel/distributor management – advantage)
  • Professional or native-level proficiency in German (C1–C2 required for client-facing work)
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Experience in medical/healthcare sales – advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
