💰 $97,000 - $131,000 per year

About the role

  • Establish strong and long-lasting relationships with our existing clients.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead contract renewals and manage the renewal process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our virtual health products and their applications.
  • Coordinate with Implementation teams for client onboarding.
  • Partner with sales and internal teams on strategic plans.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably within digital health or life sciences industries.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, ideally working with large or enterprise-level organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Knowledge of the digital health landscape, healthcare trends, and familiarity with CRM software.
