About the role

  • Synthesizing business performance, market trends, and delivering on improvements through specific project-based work.
  • Analyzing key business drivers such as CTA, LTV, and ROI across the commercial organization to recommend improvement in operations.
  • Build and improve forecasting models through the analysis of key internal and external trends.
  • Collaborate with line of business, corporate finance, and marketing to facilitate financial accountability.
  • Assisting in the construction of KPIs to measure performance.
  • Actively lead internal projects that deliver strategic insights and recommendations to WEX leadership.
  • Provide analytical rigor and bring strategic vision to key initiatives.
  • Nurture deep, trusted partnerships with your respective business teams.
  • Understand how your job is key to support the wider WEX’s organization.

Requirements

  • At a minimum, you should be a rising Junior or Senior, in a degree/certificate-seeking accredited Bachelor's program.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning and execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
