• Support underwriting for acquisitions, development, and asset management within self-storage investment platform.
• Build, refine, and maintain financial models to underwrite new acquisition and development opportunities.
• Support due diligence processes through analysis, modeling, and organization of key materials.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and analytical materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform market research, competitive analyses, demand studies, and budgeting for new self-storage projects.
• Interface with capital partners regarding analytical inputs and reporting (nonclient-facing, limited travel).
• Contribute to investor reporting, buy/hold analyses, financing coordination, and overall project execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of properties, markets, and deal structures to enhance decision-making quality.
• Coordinate with third party vendors on acquisition DD reports
• Maintain workflows such as post-closing checklists and underwriting checklists.
