• Lead the design and implementation of solutions for international and high-value payment systems.
• Drive delivery of engineering initiatives, ensuring quality through automated testing, safe deployment practices, performance monitoring, and readiness assessments.
• Drive assessable devops practices and tooling which enabled all engineers to adopt “you build it, you run it”.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to story map epics, estimate work, and manage risk to meet sprint goals , including close collaboration with digital channel, product, and design partners on customer‑initiated international payment journeys.
• Ensure observability and operational excellence using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Promote best practices in engineering, including container orchestration, messaging integration, and secure API connectivity.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply relevant innovations to improve engineering capabilities.
