About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead your branch with purpose, energy, and a sharp focus on what matters most: your people, your customers, and your community.
- Responsible for the development, leadership, and performance of your branch.
- Build strong relationships both inside and outside the bank, helping drive business success and customer loyalty.
- Play a key role in shaping how we connect — through our spaces, technology, and capability — to deliver outstanding experiences for customers, staff, business partners, and the wider community.
- Lead a diverse team of Banking Advisers and Customer Service Representatives, supporting them to meet every customer’s needs across personal banking, business banking, and wealth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven recent experience as a successful leader
- Highly developed interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Expert knowledge of the financial services industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading change
- A strong commitment to coaching and developing others
- A solid understanding of the local area (desired)
- A tertiary qualification in Business (preferred)
- FA qualification (desired)
