Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of Mobile Lending Managers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Drive acquisition and growth across home lending and small business portfolios
Partner with Branch, Business Banking, and community networks to create a strong pipeline
Coach, connect, and actively support your team in the market
Champion the Mobile Lending proposition — meeting customers where and when it suits them
Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion aligned to national strategy
Embed strong risk, compliance, and conduct practices across your team
Drive continuous improvement in performance, processes, and customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven leadership experience, ideally leading geographically dispersed teams
Strong background in home lending, with understanding of credit, risk, and customer needs
Demonstrated ability to drive growth through networks, partnerships, and community presence
Exceptional coaching capability — with a track record of lifting performance and capability
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into outcomes
Confidence in building relationships and influencing across stakeholders and networks.
