About the role

  • Work closely with the CPO and Director of People & Culture to deliver internal communications
  • Deliver compelling and engaging internal communications, sharing news from across the company
  • Support leadership and regional events
  • Execute internal communications for regional transformation programmes
  • Partner on clear, impactful communications to drive colleague understanding and advocacy for company transformation
  • Translate complex transformation details into engaging, accessible content for all 8,500 colleagues
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the internal communication process
  • Develop and deliver targeted communication campaigns to build colleague engagement with company priorities
  • Uncover and showcase inspiring stories to celebrate colleague achievements and company initiatives
  • Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, keeping content fresh and readily accessible
  • Demonstrate creativity and find innovative ways to reach colleagues across all roles and locations
  • Champion clarity, transparency, consistency, and two-way dialogue in all communications

Requirements

  • Prior experience in content creation and executing internal communications across European regions
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering engaging internal communication materials, ideally relating to change transformation within an organisation
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and communication tools
  • Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Desirable: Fluency in French and/or German
  • Desirable: A degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Desirable: Experience with internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer)
