Work closely with the CPO and Director of People & Culture to deliver internal communications
Deliver compelling and engaging internal communications, sharing news from across the company
Support leadership and regional events
Execute internal communications for regional transformation programmes
Partner on clear, impactful communications to drive colleague understanding and advocacy for company transformation
Translate complex transformation details into engaging, accessible content for all 8,500 colleagues
Manage stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the internal communication process
Develop and deliver targeted communication campaigns to build colleague engagement with company priorities
Uncover and showcase inspiring stories to celebrate colleague achievements and company initiatives
Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, keeping content fresh and readily accessible
Demonstrate creativity and find innovative ways to reach colleagues across all roles and locations
Champion clarity, transparency, consistency, and two-way dialogue in all communications
Requirements
Prior experience in content creation and executing internal communications across European regions
Proven track record of developing and delivering engaging internal communication materials, ideally relating to change transformation within an organisation
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise multiple tasks
Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and communication tools
Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
Desirable: Fluency in French and/or German
Desirable: A degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
Desirable: Experience with internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer)
