Lead and manage a team of program and project managers, providing coaching, development, and consistent operational leadership.
Oversee planning, execution, delivery, and governance of large technology and business programs.
Develop and maintain portfolio‑level dashboards, reporting, and metrics to support executive decision‑making.
Drive annual and ongoing planning cycles, portfolio prioritization, and capacity alignment.
Support the development and evolution of PMO methodologies, standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
Provide clear, concise, executive‑ready communication on program health, risks, issues, dependencies, and achievements.
Facilitate cross‑functional alignment between product, engineering, operations, compliance, finance, and strategy teams.
Identify and mitigate program risks; proactively resolve issues impacting scope, timeline, or budget.
Champion continuous improvement, operational rigor, and data‑driven program management.
Ensure all programs adhere to enterprise delivery models (Agile, SAFe, hybrid, waterfall, etc.).
Contribute to roadmap planning, sequencing, and strategic portfolio design.
Promote a strong outcomes‑driven culture tied to enterprise priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in project/program management, portfolio management, or PMO leadership.
5+ years of people management experience required.
Experience with Jira or other similar project management tools required.
PMP, PMI‑ACP, SAFe, or similar certifications preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Ability to interpret and adapt PMO standards to new or complex situations.
Proven ability to influence, motivate, and align cross‑functional teams.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, prioritization, and organizational development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities, with experience preparing executive‑level materials.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including evaluating program performance and recommending improvement actions.
Experience managing and developing high‑performing technology‑focused teams.
Knowledge of program financials, budgeting cycles, and portfolio cost management.
Familiarity with Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks.
