About the role
- Lead the administration and strategic management of global equity programs, including RSUs, PSUs, and NQs.
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of equity plans across 50+ countries.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR, and external vendors to manage end-to-end equity award processes.
- Oversee equity vesting, delivery, termination events, and maintain equity management systems and documentation.
- Coordinate with global payroll teams and tax advisors on tax treatment and withholding across jurisdictions.
- Serve as primary liaison with equity plan vendors; manage system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Support internal/external audits, prepare data for SEC filings, and collaborate on valuation, expense recognition, and financial reporting.
- Design and deliver employee communications and training; provide guidance to employees and executives on equity-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, HR, or related field; CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation strongly preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in equity plan administration at a public, multinational company.
- Deep knowledge of equity award types (RSUs, PSUs, NQs), global tax considerations, and SOX controls for equity compensation.
- ESPP program design and administration experience preferred.
- Experience with equity administration platforms and vendors (e.g., Fidelity, BAML, Morgan Stanley, ETRADE, or Shareworks).
- Familiarity with SEC disclosure requirements and public company reporting standards.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong project management skills, a collaborative approach and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with senior leadership and employees globally.
