• Responsible for all data, database systems, and database processes that are a function of Supply Chain and support operations.
• Purchase all raw materials to support production schedules and maintain inventory levels as directed by the Planning Supervisor.
• Monitor material requirements on computer system and MRP Report on a weekly basis to determine what raw materials are needed to support the manufacturing schedules in Williamsport facility.
• Determine which materials need to be ordered, the quantity needed, when they are required and from which supplier they are to be ordered.
• Place orders with the suppliers on a timely basis via fax or verbally.
• Confirm all order information and delivery schedules with the suppliers and enter order into computer system.
