About the role
- Support the engineering team in developing and monitoring low-complexity projects
- Assist in preparing and reviewing technical documents, drawings, and specifications
- Support planning and tracking of project schedules
- Assist with coordination and interface with internal departments (maintenance, production, quality, procurement, etc.)
- Attend field activities and monitor project status updates
- Organize and maintain records, reports, and performance indicators
- Participate in technical meetings and support the preparation of materials
- Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement of departmental processes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Civil or related fields)
- Minimum remaining time to graduation: 2–3 years (4–6 semesters)
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in an industrial environment or prior internships (asset)
- Knowledge of project management (asset)
- Participation in academic projects or undergraduate research (asset)
