About the role
- Manage/Administer West Pharma's portfolio of SAP & Non-SAP applications globally
- Expertise in Application Life Cycle Management like installation, upgrades, support packages, and daily maintenance
- Maintain the integrity of SAP & Non-SAP environments
- Provide technical support for SAP issues
- Perform system refreshes and migrations
- Adhere to SAP Basis on-call support
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related fields
- SAP Basis L2/L3 level support
- Strong technical skills in SAP applications with MS SQL/Oracle/HANA & Win/Linux environments
- Proven experience supporting/administering SAP HANA environments
- Exposure to Cloud environments like Azure is a plus
