About the role
- Responsible for writing, maintaining and generating HR reports
- Provides accurate, consistent, and timely responses to Reporting, Analytics and HR Systems inquiries
- Delivers scheduled reports on a regular basis, as defined by the agreed reporting calendar
- Maintains or updates business intelligence tools, dashboards, systems, or methods
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Science, preferably in Mathematics or Statistics or Human Resources with an analytical capability preferred
- 3 years of experience in a comparable HR role, preferably in an international environment preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with HR Systems and reporting SuccessFactors
