About the role
- Provide strategic and hands-on legal support with a focus on product liability litigation and claims management.
- Manage and oversee product liability litigation and claims involving ProDriven’s access equipment and related offerings.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Risk Management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 15–20 years of legal experience, with significant experience in product liability litigation.
- Working knowledge of commercial contracting, business counseling, and employment law.
- Proven experience managing complex litigation and working effectively with outside counsel.
