- Implement strategies, communicate product knowledge, and conduct training to meet or exceed regional sales objectives
- Establish and grow a network of Safety Directors, End Users, Distributors, and Regional Safety Personnel
- Responsible for achieving the annual Regional End User Conversion Dollar target
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align strategy
- Provide Safety and Product information as Subject Matter Expert
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience required
- 3 ~ 5 years of Direct experience required
- Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA safety standards required
- Intermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluency bi-Lingual capabilities in Spanish
