About the role

  • Manage the delivery of day-to-day SEO work to Welocalize customers against their objectives and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for customers to improve work efficiency and quality
  • Actively participate in client calls and contribute to client relationships
  • Support lead members in delivery of SEO tasks and client communication
  • Mentor and tutor junior members of the team
  • Report on SEO performance to stakeholders and recommend improvements
  • Proactive analysis of data and quality assurance of SEO squad members’ delivery output
  • Oversee and present SEO work to the client and senior stakeholders
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development
  • Monitor and analyze key SEO metrics to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SEO department

Requirements

  • 3 years+ experience in SEO
  • Proficiency in advanced SEO tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
