About the role
- Functions under the direction of the IT Manager
- Provides intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications
- Involves installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of systems
- Works with project leaders on several aspects of project planning
- Promotes excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- Collaborates with outside departments for education and training on applications
- Demonstrates initiative, decision-making, and results focus
- Adapts to change and supports project management concepts and methodology
Requirements
- Bachelors Information Technology or Bachelors Other
- Minimum 3 years experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry
- Required MyChart Certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback and supporting team goals
- Ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance with close attention to detail, and ability to offer some guidance to other team members
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of application support
- Ability to serve as a primary resource for at least 1 application module
- Ability to gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation.
