Requirements
5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, market sizing, and competitive analytics
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services strategy, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
Proven track record in competitive intelligence, market analysis, and delivering actionable insights.
Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with digital wallet ecosystems, cross-border payment infrastructure, and emerging payment technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
