About the role
- Lead or participate in new business proposals
- Develop new client relationships
- Serve as Mercer’s expert on defined contribution plans
- Sell, lead and deliver client projects involving plan design and vendor management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in benefits consulting
- Strong to expert working knowledge of not-for-profit and governmental retirement plan design and operations
- Experience presenting to executive leadership at clients
- Proven project management skills in leading large complex projects
- Time management
