- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement creative strategies

Requirements
- Strong practical experience in organizational change management consulting, planning, and execution
- Proven ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with large-scale change efforts
