About the role
- Lead and execute the compensation processes within your scope, ensuring adherence to controls, standard operating procedures, and timelines for accurate processing of compensation and job data.
- Validate and conduct secondary reviews of Compensation Delivery activities (including data files), retaining appropriate documentation and evidence.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities within compensation programs; partner cross‑functionally to design and implement approved enhancements.
- Communicate compensation analysis results, insights, and process outcomes to leaders and stakeholders, offering clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
- Apply independent judgment within established policies, best practices, and guidance from leaders while building deep expertise in Compensation Delivery processes.
- Develop and streamline reporting by integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Provide responsive, high‑quality customer service to employees, managers, and key stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Compensation or Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Excel
- Experience with Workday
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the financial services industry
- Experience in other Human Resources function
