About the role
- Serve as a trusted internal consultant to Compensation and HR partners on job architecture strategy
- Partner with HR teams and business leaders to evaluate and resolve complex job and role issues
- Lead and deliver enterprise-level job architecture initiatives
- Analyze large-scale operational or technical challenges
- Make informed decisions in complex situations
- Collaborate with peers and partners to resolve issues
- Lead projects or initiatives and serve as a peer mentor
Requirements
- 5+ years of Compensation experience
- Experience participating in or leading job architecture or job catalog transformations
- Strong consulting skills
- Experience supporting Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Compensation
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Experience supporting or leading change management efforts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
