  • Serve as a trusted internal consultant to Compensation and HR partners on job architecture strategy
  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to evaluate and resolve complex job and role issues
  • Lead and deliver enterprise-level job architecture initiatives
  • Analyze large-scale operational or technical challenges
  • Make informed decisions in complex situations
  • Collaborate with peers and partners to resolve issues
  • Lead projects or initiatives and serve as a peer mentor

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Compensation experience
  • Experience participating in or leading job architecture or job catalog transformations
  • Strong consulting skills
  • Experience supporting Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Compensation
  • Strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Experience supporting or leading change management efforts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
