Act as a self-directed owner of workstreams, proactively identifying issues, asking the right questions, and driving solutions without needing detailed direction.
Perform rigorous business, operational, and strategic analysis, leveraging data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Develop executive-level recommendations and communicate them clearly and persuasively, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint-based storytelling tailored for senior leadership audiences.
Translate strategy into action by driving business execution, including initiative planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and follow-through to ensure results are delivered.

Requirements

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, to build structured analyses and executive-ready presentations.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence senior leaders, using clear logic, data-driven insights, and concise messaging.
Naturally inquisitive and intellectually curious, with a tendency to ask “why,” validate assumptions, and dig beneath surface-level answers.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and execution discipline.
Experience collaborating effectively across functions and levels within a large, matrixed organization.
AI fluency and prompt craftsmanship, with practical experience using enterprise AI tools to accelerate analysis, insight generation, and content creation.
Practical exposure to intelligent automation tools (e.g., RPA, OCR, workflow automation) to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
