About the role

  • Serve as executive owner for strategic card partnerships, ensuring delivery of contracted customer, financial, and operational outcomes
  • Own Cobrand P&L performance across revenue, profitability, growth, and risk with clear accountability for results
  • Set Cobrand strategy and investment priorities, including value proposition, portfolio direction, and capital allocation
  • Lead partnership lifecycle decisions—renew, expand, simplify, or exit—based on performance, strategic fit, and risk
  • Orchestrate cross‑enterprise execution across Product, Technology, Risk, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to drive program performance
  • Build and lead a high‑performing team with disciplined focus on growth, partnership stewardship, and enterprise risk management

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience
