Requirements
- 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports

- ability to analyze performance
- ability to exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
- experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments
- experience building and maintaining effective relationships
- extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs
- knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations
- relevant military experience including working with military protocol
