About the role
- Lead and participate in client meetings
- Partner with Proposal teams to enhance RFP and due-diligence responses, ensuring competitive and compelling positioning
- Support active deal solutioning, advising treasury sales on how to best position products relative to competitors
- Act as a treasury product expert and serve as a liaison between the product and sales organization
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends
- Engage with the market by attending and presenting at conferences and authoring white papers
- Lead business development strategies requiring in-depth evaluation
- Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise within Business Growth Strategy functional area to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance companywide finance and growth
- Collaborate with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an advisor to leadership within Business Growth Strategy functional area
Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proven ability to lead and execute business growth strategies across complex product lines, with a focus on payments, liquidity, and treasury management
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies in financial services (e.g., ISO 20022, real-time payments, APIs)
- Strong track record of cultivating and managing senior-level client relationships, with the ability to identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
- Ability to influence and collaborate across various teams including Product, Sales, Technology, Risk, and Compliance
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with experience developing thought leadership content, white papers, and client presentations.
