About the role

  • Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and strategic eCommunications and Voice Compliance engineer to join our Workplace Technology team.\n
  • This position is required to drive and execute technical and engineering level work related to the systems that capture, surveille and archive eCommunication and voice content.\n
  • Engineer, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade eCommunications and voice capture, surveillance and archival solutions.\n
  • Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements.\n
  • Provide technical guidance for regulatory compliance incidents contributing to root cause analysis and resilience improvements.\n
  • Develop and document scalable engineering standards and operating procedures.\n
  • Design complex system upgrades.\n
  • Develop plans designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring.\n
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.\n
  • Stay ahead of the regulatory- compliance landscape and vendor roadmaps, driving the evaluation and adoption of next-generation email defense technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\n
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics and troubleshooting skills\n
  • 1+ years of experience of regulatory compliance systems designed to capture, surveil and archive eCommunmications (Theta Lake, ZL, Smarsh)\n
  • Experience working in a DEVOPS, DEVSECOPS model\n
  • Experience with PowerShell, BASH, Python\n
  • Experience working in large complex Cloud/Hybrid environments\n
  • Familiarity with policy-as-code and email protection automation frameworks.\n
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, telco).\n
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders across cybersecurity, IT, and business domains
