About the role
- help shape strategy, operational direction, and apply hands-on OCI Network and Infrastructure engineering to drive real impact across our Oracle Cloud Platform.
- Design and develop core OCI landing zone automation to support scalable, secure, and compliant cloud environments.
- Implement centralized landing zone management using OCI-native services such as Cloud Guard, Logging, Audit, and Identity domains.
- Build and maintain OCI infrastructure using Terraform, Oracle Cloud CLI, Ansible, and API integrations.
- Develop reusable modules, manage version-controlled deployments, and support environment-specific configurations.
- Drive a self-service, automation-first mindset to empower stakeholders with secure, scalable, and efficient cloud deployment capabilities.
- Experience designing, implementing, and automating OCI networking architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), subnets, route tables, security lists, and Network Security Groups (NSGs) to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance connectivity.
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or
- an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or
- in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated OCI engineering, DevOps practices, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Advanced proficiency with Terraform, Python, Ansible, Bash.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across engineering and business teams.
