About the role

  • Lead operational and support functions for multiple business groups
  • Drive efficiency, quality, and effectiveness across assigned processes
  • Research and analyze business and operational trends
  • Provide leadership and independent recommendations
  • Support programs centered on risk mitigation and customer experience improvements
  • Partner with leaders to build process flows, project plans, and new policies
  • Manage cross-functional relationships for seamless implementation
  • Assess regulatory, product, and system changes affecting credit card pricing
  • Reconcile key data across systems for accuracy and integrity

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Experience with credit card product capabilities, including co-brand programs
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in audit, internal controls, workflow design, vendor coordination, and configuration management
  • Familiarity with microservices, system integrations, JSON, and modern messaging frameworks
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit card configuration
  • Experience with change management, control monitoring, and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
