About the role

  • Act as a strategic advisor for senior leaders to understand business priorities
  • Craft executive-ready presentations with clear, concise content
  • Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, shaping messaging that drives alignment
  • Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and limit risk exposure
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Program to drive strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Experience in Financial Services, Technology, and/or Risk Management (7 plus years)
  • Familiarity with Insider Threat and Wells Fargo’s Risk Management Framework
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with multiple lines of business
  • Experience developing compelling content leveraging data, analytics, and business process knowledge
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
  • Experience implementing risk management programs to support the business and cultivate a strong risk-management culture
  • Proven success in partnering with senior leadership to develop strategic narratives and executive-level deliverables
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
