About the role
- Act as the primary resource for advisors using eMoney, providing guidance on best practices for financial planning and data integration.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing training for advisors and support staff on eMoney features and updates.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with eMoney internal support when necessary to resolve complex problems.
- Assist advisors in building and customizing financial plans, including cash flow analysis, retirement projections, and scenario modeling.
- Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and utilization.
- Stay current on eMoney enhancements and industry trends to ensure advisors receive cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless integration of eMoney with other systems.
- Present complex plans with Advisors to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Extensive eMoney experience or equivalent planning software
- Extensive knowledge in financial planning
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) or equivalent credentials with expertise in financial planning and/or taxation
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong presentation skills
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
