About the role

  • Lead and develop a remote team of Field Service associates to deliver high-quality, on-time inventory inspections that provide collateral status for Portfolio monitoring to protect and minimize losses to the business
  • Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks including customer interactions
  • Visit customers in your geographic region to conduct or assist with inventory inspections and identify opportunities that improve employee/customer experience while applying FSG technical knowledge and procedural expertise
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development, escalating issues and solutions to senior management
  • Manage allocation of resources to build efficient territory assignments for Field Service Associates, using data to support changes to improve on-time execution and productivity
  • Build strong performing teams by providing routine performance feedback through in-person visits and virtual touchpoints and promoting professional development
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and senior managers to identify and solve cross-functional issues and build a diverse network

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 1+ years of Leadership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Proficient with FSG iPDE Inspection software and Field Service Representative Online (FSRO)
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of inspection procedures
  • Demonstrated Customer focus while executing all required inspection procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to a rapidly changing, growth-oriented environment
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical/problem skills; ability to prioritize
  • Must be willing to travel overnight up to 50% of the time (flight and vehicle travel)
  • Ability to push/pull 50 pounds and lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to travel daily with 4 or more hours of driving per day
  • Reliable transportation for daily business travel
  • Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance (FDIC) [as stated]
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA area
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
