• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ML Engineers, including the distributed team in Bangalore, India

• Serve as the end-to-end owner for multiple, complex B2B/B2B2C marketing programs simultaneously, establishing clear project plans and ensuring flawless, timely execution across all phases.
• Act as the dedicated senior marketing contact for key client accounts, translating partner business needs into clear marketing deliverables and coordinating efforts for sales enablement, enrollment, and member engagement.
• Rigorously track and analyze campaign performance data to measure ROI. Create clear, data-driven reports and "data stories" for clients and internal leadership, providing tactical recommendations for program optimization and closing the feedback loop.
• Serve as the critical hub for marketing activities, coordinating closely with Sales, Product, Data, and Communications teams to secure resources, align timelines, and ensure all delivery milestones are met.

Director, Marketing Program Delivery

• Serve as the technical owner and primary liaison for our SF Engineering team.
• Own the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Core MC) platform configuration, data governance, security protocols, and overall technical roadmap.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and deep regulatory expertise as the company grows.
• Direct the prioritization, delegation, and execution of all Quality Assurance operations, setting clear performance metrics and accountability standards across the function.
• Design, implement, and oversee a statistically and analytically driven Quality Program that proactively measures, monitors, and ensures the attainment of the highest quality standards across the organization.
• Responsible for defining, implementing, and ensuring the consistent quality of a Welldoc’s product development processes and overseeing the entire product lifecycle to meet business and customer expectations through a quality-focused approach.

• Providing exceptional customer service support to internal and external customers; resolving any customer requests in a timely and accurate manner; escalates complaints accordingly
