DevOps Engineer

• Deploys and supports cloud infrastructure solutions in Azure
• Responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers’ needs.
• Collaborates with crossfunctional teams including Networking, Security, DevOps, and Application Development.
• Assist in building and maintaining development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitors, manages, and optimizes Azure cloud resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, network, and application performance.
• Supports automation of operational tasks using scripting (PowerShell/Python).
• Assists with incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance troubleshooting for cloud workloads.
• Build and operate comprehensive CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Write deployment, configuration, provisioning, monitoring, and other scripts as needed in addition to the existing DevOps tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Sales

• Develop and lead Welldoc’s revenue generation and business development strategy and execution in the ACO & Government Systems vertical
• Leverage your current relationships with key executives to expand current and create new sales opportunities
• Cultivate and build new relationships with ACOs, health system, and related government channels.
• Consult executives and stakeholders to create new sales opportunities
• Measure and analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize our business growth and revenue strategy
• Identify new, innovative ways to grow Welldoc’s business partnerships

Project Manager

• Manage various sales projects by maintaining detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Document meeting minutes, create agendas, and assign action items
• Facilitate communication among departments to ensure all milestones are met
• Work with the internal salesforce team to assist with reporting and definition of project requirements
• Work with the sales team to coordinate and track company responses to RFI's, RFP's and follow-ups from prospects
• Assist with the maintenance and updates of RFP database
• Provide support in preparation of client/prospect presentations and demos
• Research various clients and prospects and present findings to sales team
