Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
- 2+ years of top-tier management consulting experience
- Undergraduate business degree or MBA strongly preferred
- Proven track record of leading small, cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication; quick learner
- Highly collaborative and relationship-driven
- Consumer and/or beauty experience is a plus
