• Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance including income, franchise, sales/use, property, and other applicable filings, as well as monitor evolving federal and state tax regulations affecting healthcare and PACE organizations

Tax Strategy & Planning Manager

Digital Marketing

• Plan, build, and manage SEM/PPC campaigns through Google Search and Bing, as well as manage connected TV (CTV) campaigns and report on metrics in a clear and concise manner
• Adopt and integrate AI tools across the marketing function - prompt engineering, AI-powered analytics, automated workflows, and LLM-assisted content and copy production - to compress execution timelines, scale output, and maintain a measurable edge over competitors
• Drive upper and lower funnel results through social media advertising, demonstrating the ability to target seniors with relevant, captivating creative that inspires action
• Manage omnichannel campaign spend, ensuring that campaigns stay within budget and exceed CAC goals, as well as build reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform optimizations
• Support website development and spearhead a landing page testing plan to support demand generation, as well as develop an SEO strategy and execute on-site and off-site adjustments to improve search engine ranking positions

Digital Marketing Manager

IT Support

• Review processed claims for pre and post payment accuracy while maintaining acceptable levels of aged claims inventory
• Ensure claim payment accuracy by verifying various aspects of the claim form, including but not limited to participant eligibility, system configuration, payment accuracy or denial appropriateness, provider records, remark codes, pre-authorization requirements, timely filing limitations, claim history, and W9 receipt
• Maintain detailed documentation of audit findings, including decision methodology, system configuration or manual processing errors, and monetary discrepancies
• Regularly provide feedback to the Oversight & Monitoring Manager on claims processing errors, as well as identify quality improvement opportunities and initiate configuration change requests when applicable
• Accurately process and release high dollar/stop loss claims exceeding $10k
• Participate in annual claims audits to cure any deficiencies in claims system, human error, or possible fraud, waste, and abuse in order to maintain contractual and regulatory compliance
• Act as a back up to the Claims team as needed

Claims Audit Specialist

Operations

• Collaborate with the VP, Quality Operations to develop and standardize enterprise metrics in clinical excellence, quality, and patient safety in alignment with all policies and procedures, as well as local, state, federal, and CDC guidelines
• Collaborate with the VP, Quality Operations and other Directors, Quality Operations to develop standardized quality operations workflows, playbooks, tools, and other quality operations resources, as well as to implement standardized and scalable approaches to collecting data, analyzing data, and generating data visualizations and reports
• Partner with Analytics and Performance Excellence Teams to analyze and review operational performance for continuous process improvements, increased efficiency, and participant satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze data including quality improvement (QI) plan metrics, HPMS entries, company and market initiatives, and corrective action plans (CAPs) to identify trends and areas for process improvement
• Act as a QI subject matter expert on program and company initiatives as needed, such as collaborating with the Compliance team on initiatives to monitor and improve compliance issues, CAPs, and the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse program

• Own the People Analytics roadmap and delivery, expanding beyond foundational reporting to introduce predictive, automated, and strategic insights
• Serve as the primary liaison between People and IT’s analytics team, with dotted-line management of IT’s full-time People Analytics resource — ensuring alignment, prioritization, and timely execution of work; Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics that accelerate data fluency and support leadership decisions on hiring, retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead execution of the People AI strategy — defining what “AI for People” means for Welbe and identifying opportunities that drive measurable impact
