Manager

• Lead the execution of enterprise-wide compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals and healthcare workforce needs, as well as serve as an advisor to HR and executive leadership on compensation philosophy, market competitiveness, pay equity, and workforce retention
• Manage and mentor compensation team members and provide leadership across compensation initiatives, as well as develop compensation policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Lead compensation related projects including restructurings, reorganizations, and system implementations, presenting compensation recommendations and analyses to leadership and compensation committees as needed
• Design and administer salary structures, pay grades, and job architecture frameworks, as well as conduct market pricing and benchmarking for clinical, non-clinical, leadership, and executive roles
• Ensure consistent administration of compensation programs across departments and locations, and evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation practices
• Partner with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team on compensation offers and hiring strategies, as well as oversee annual compensation planning processes, including annual pay increases and market adjustments
• Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive programs aligned with organizational and individual performance, and develop bonus structures for leadership, physicians, clinical staff, and operational teams where applicable

Data Analyst

• Monitor and identify healthcare utilization trends, partnering with stakeholders to address key levers to improve quality and cost outcomes with a focus on healthcare utilization, such as home care, transportation, specialist, and facilities
• Use hands-on visualization and report development skills to create clear, concise, professional-grade reports that are visually pleasing and deliver an unmatched user experience
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify their data visualization and delivery needs, design report mockups, and iterate and co-create a final visual solution
• Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and leaders on how business and clinical logic is applied to information points to arrive at key KPIs and metrics, and how operational activities interlink to KPIs, OKRs, etc.

• Communicate effectively to business users, stakeholders and leaders on how the most appropriate data and analytical methods are selected, how were the findings arrived at, and what the recommended actions are and why

Director, Analytics

AI Engineer

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using enterprise LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini), as well as translate PACE business requirements, such as building rich participant context, into production-ready AI solutions
• Architect and implement RAG systems that ground AI responses in WelbeHealth's proprietary data, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with healthcare data standards
• Own the full development lifecycle for new AI use cases from ideation and rapid POC development through validation, iteration, and production deployment
• Research and build agentic AI workflows (using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Copilot Studio) that evolve our systems toward autonomous, goal-oriented agents capable of handling complex multi-step healthcare processes
• Architect and deploy AI services within private cloud environments (primarily Azure; AWS as needed), utilizing Docker containers, private endpoints, managed identities, and secure VNET configurations
• Evaluate and integrate across the frontier model landscape, selecting the right model for each use case based on performance, cost, latency, and compliance requirements
• Implement AIOps and MLOps best practices, monitoring, versioning, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines, to ensure all AI applications are reliable, scalable, and maintainable
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, techniques, and model releases, as well as proactively recommend new approaches that can improve participant outcomes, operational efficiency, or developer productivity

General Counsel

• Lead and execute on WelbeHealth’s employment legal strategy in support of a diverse workforce and multi-state operations, as well as serve as the lead legal advisor on all employment litigation and pre-litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Manage all claims and disputes brought by third parties, as well as oversee sensitive internal investigations involving employee complaints and regulatory exposure
• Maintain current knowledge of key federal and state employment law, as well as provide legal advice on federal and state employment regulatory matters
• Develop and implement strategies and tools designed to minimize employment-related litigation risk
• Draft employment related documents, such as policies, separation agreements, and arbitration agreements, as well as lead employment-law readiness for entry into new states
• Support training initiatives for team members on compliance, risk awareness and preventative practices
• Work directly with outside counsel on issues requiring specialized legal consultation

• Engage in three (3) to four (4) rotations lasting nine (9) to twelve (12) months each, building your knowledge and capabilities in multiple facets of People operations
