QA Engineer

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and define test plans
• Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and API applications
• Identify, document, and track software bugs, ensuring clear communication with developers
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning to advocate for quality from the start
• Define and improve QA processes, tools, and metrics as the team and product scale
• Help grow and strengthen infrastructure, streamline development processes, and support the engineering team
